Positive Increase Of Wellness

 
Mind, body and spirit, when balanced, can creates wellness.  The World Health Organization defines health as “not merely the absence of disease but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being.”

Flexibility and strength building is one piece of a balance well being. It encourages cardiovascular flexibility.  To encourage cardiovascular flexibility and strength, a regular 20-30 minute exercise programs two or three times a week is highly suggested.
